MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED, WHAT DO I DO?

Phone us to organise a time to collect your car.

Bring in 1 form of positive photo ID (New Zealand Drivers Licence or Passport.) Please note that we are unable to release a vehicle without ID that meets the New Zealand Police Legal requirements.

Your vehicle cannot be released until payment has been recieved in full. We accept payment via EFTPOS, Cash or Direct Debit (no cheques.)

WHAT ARE YOUR USUAL OFFICE HOURS?

Monday to Friday 8 am to 5.00 pm.
However as the office is not always manned, we ask that you please phone an hour before you wish to come so that we can make sure someone is available to help you.
